For us to consider receiving a horse into our consignment program, we first ask for a short period of time for Twister to evaluate your horse. This would, in most cases be one week or perhaps a few additional days, if needed.. Call Twister for details on this issue. Our Consignment fee is a flat fee including training & preparation, video shoot, snapshots, buying ads, editing photos, creating & placing your ads, video editing & uploading to youtube, updates & maintenance. ..
